We have 5 line system with 6 extensions and 40 virtual mailboxes. In auto-attendant mode, the incoming calls to extensions will not go to voicemail...it will ring indefinitiely. When incoming calls are transferred to those same extensions, the voicemail works just fine.
Where have I gone wrong???
