That did not open either. Let me ask you this. I have to leave soon for the middle east. All I want this system to do is. Be able to pick it up and get a dial tome without pushing a CO line button. Be able to use the *69 function and speed dial. Is there anyway that I could mail this unit to you and have you program these perimeters.
