Hi from the UK. Home of the Panasonic.
This simple problem totally has me stumped.
I have all BT feature lines that need 9 to be dialled before they work. Currently users dial 9 for a line, then 9 again for the feature line, then the area code and number.
I know I need to use ARS to detect the first 9 and replace it with "9 (pause) 9". I have tried the licenced copy of PBXSoftware on my PC to configure ARS but can't get it to work correctly. Calls go silent and then I get the disconnected signal. Too many options for groups, time bands and options for my small brain.
Can you help us Brits out again?
Thanks Deak.
