Not exactly sure, but yes, there are known issues with CID. An abandoned call will log every time in the log. VM answered calls maybe not. I don't seem to think a 3.0 upgrade solved the issue, and I'm not exactly sure why it misses. We have a landscaping company that gets all logs, but they don't have a VM system, we have an engineering firm that has VM and they miss a lot of logs.
Mus' be sumpin' wrong.
