824 CID Common

is there any known issue with Common CID. I (and my installer) have confirmed all settings are correctly set. I only get some IDs in the common log. There is no rhyme or reason which ones are recorded in the log. I have Jack 01 and I have set PFs to give me access to CID select and the CID history (301st call overwrites). I see some calls but not all. Thanks Marc
