I just plugged the unit in to replace my old KX-T61610. The only part that I programmed was the time/date. Than I tried to dial a customers number. I press the CO button got a dial tone dialed *67 than the number and it would not go through. I tried it on the 2nd co and did the same. I pulled the unit off the and put my old back and it worked great. By the way the * does not show up on the display when I press it. Does it show up on your phones screen?
Thanks for the help. I might trying going back to a complete reset. This is a new system.
