Looks likes we have a strange one. When I put my butt set on the line coming in and press *67 and dial a number it works like it suppose to do. Than I tried it with the line plugged onto the KC-TA824. Still works. I put another phone in (KX-T7731 instead of a KX-T7736) and still does not work. I noticed when I press the * it does show up on the screen of either phone. I did try putting the 9 first before the *. That did not help. It must be something in the KX-TA824. I re installed my KX-T61610 and it also worked. What now???
