TVS50 AUTO ATTENDENT HELP

Hi There I Have A TVS50 And Everything Is Working Except One Thing The Auto Attendent Does Not Pick Up After 10 AM EST And It Rings All The Extentisons But After 5PM EST It Goes To The Auto Attendent Automaticly Is There Any Way To Make The Auto Attendent Answer All The Time, I Cant Hook Up The TVS50 To The Computer Cause I Dont Have The Proper Ports Is There A Way To Do This From The Phone Options?
