We are currently using a KX-TA624-4 with a TVS50 voicemail unit. We do not use auto attendant - there is a receptionist who answers all inbound calls and transfers calls to voice mail if necessary. That works perfectly for voice mail boxes that are assigned to a existing physical phone extension but I now need a "sales" voice mail box that is shared by two employees (and not assigned to an existing phone extension if possible). I am trying to figure out a way that messages left in this "phantom" voice mail box can turn on the message light on both employees phone extensions.
