kx-td1232dbx pro 109 sport

hello all support

I.have 3expansion card (kx 174 16SLT) to connect an expansion card(to KX-TD 1232DBX cabin A,B,C. After connecting, the card B&C is working properly but one of the card no A no dialing tone.
I’ve tried to use program 109,turned the switch off
and on.
what can i do , please?
