TVA50 was plug into port 7 and 8, they are fine.
Try to plug a 77xx phone into any of the port alone and get a dial tone for 3 seconds and went dead.
Plug a wireless headset into any of the port alone, works fine.
I bypassed all the internal wiring. All these were tested in the telco closet.
Anyone know what's the procedure to RMA the unit? or send it back to repair?
