all extention lights on

I have a Panasonic KX-TS3282B desk phone. I noticed early this week all extension lights are on.

I need to disable the flashing extension lights. Reviewed the manual online. Still cannot figure out how to disable all the flashing extension lights.

I am looking for some help here. Thanks.
