Wow. I'm glad I didn't invite your questions :-)
A 66 block has 50 rows of 4 pins. In a 66M1-50, two pins are electrically connected (col A and B) and col C and D).
The lines should have been installed on col A or col D, using 2 pins on top of each other for TIP and RING. Telcos tend to use the left side for dial tone, and you get to use the right side for the feed to the phone system. I would guess that, if you got a 2-line hunt group, then lines 1&2 can be connected straight through to the phone system, using modular jacks. My best guess is that line 3 is NOT part of the hunt group and, by coincidence, the DSL and FAX line.
That's the line you terminate in a jack, use the "T" adapter, and use a filter on one side of the "T" to go to the phone system line 3 and the other side of the "T" straight to the DSL modem.
I have a picture that won't apply on my photobucket, but it gives you an idea what a 66 block would look like..wired. In this case, this is for distribution of 2 lines to 6 drops, but you get the idea. http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p4/microtel_photo/2-line_residential_distrib.jpg
