I'm still having a problem where incoming calls are not making it through our auto attendant properly(tx824 with a tva50) when the extension is dialed. I get complaints about twice a week where incoming calls get dumped to the default extension. Are there any settings that can be adjusted for better dtmf detection with cell phones? Or could this be a line quality problem?
