I am going out on a limb here you are in the uk and and CPC disconnect signal is not available on
your lines???if you have a cpc setting on the a machine itself set it to "b" that will hangup the machine on a fast busy .the latter issue may be short burst dtmf that some cell phones provide do not play nice with the 624.
