I have a kxtd1232 ksu that can't dail 0 for the operator have to dial 0 then dial 0 again to get it and from voice mail won't let you dail 0 for operator returns to main menu everytime. any ideas I checked the programming and it shows 0 for the operator and operator is set for sta 113 can call it direct and from auto attendant by dailing sta number and by dailing 00.
