Hi Carl (and anyone else interested),
Sorry about posting the phone model number multiple times, I am used to less sophisticated message boards - it is nice to see professionals.
I found the Black & Blue unit, it is a Panasonic KX-TDA50 Hybrid IP-PBX
The serial is 8ABCL004898
I understood your first message saying to reset the whole system - upper management said "no way in hell!"
They hate that two phones are down, but they do not want to risk taking down the whole office.
We will look at bringing in a pro to look at it, I just wanted to know if there was a 'Quick Fix' to the problem.
Is there anything I can do to the phone units without messing with the central hub?
