This is Ryan with the phone problem. Can we talk by email?
It would be easier to send pictures or details, plus responses can be faster.
You sound like you know what you are doing, I know computers, but I have never dealt with phone systems before.
I still don't know if the system is a TDA-100/200 ---- I know the model is Panasonic KX-T7630, can it still be a TDA-100/200????
