Hi There,
The Model is KX-T7630
I dont know what you mean by this:
"TDA-100/200, pull the DLC and read the serial number on the inside"
I do have a serial number: KX-T7630-B-7LBCG022611
The two affected units are unplugged, when plugged in, the display just blinks on and off --- It does not blink numbers or letters. It just blinks black squares across the entire display.
I do not want to unplug any more phones, we cant lose any more lines.
Any idea what could have caused the problem? they were working just fine yesterday (except one line was not working on one unit)
