The first thing I would do is UNPLUG the entire system. While you're at it, if the system is a TDA-100/200, pull the DLC and read the serial number on the inside, the one that starts with 7Axxxxxxxxx If that number is less than 7E, you may have a problem
Now, when the system powers back up, post back and see what reset and what didn't.
