I work in an office with a dozen Panasonic KX-T7630 phones. Our marketing manager had a problem accessing line 1 - I suggested switching phones with another desk to test if the problem was in the unit or the line.
Now neither phone works at all... all we did was switch the the two phones, and they both died.
One phone has its display constantly blinking.
Is there a way to fix this?? Is there a was to reset the phone to factory setting?? Maybe I can swap out the battery, but I don't know where it is.
I have read through the paper manual and the pdf manual, there is no troubleshooting section or any tips on how to fix this.
I also think that the phones are waaaaayy out of warranty (they have been here longer than me)
I checked out google and this forum and I have not seen anything that would apply, even a nudge in the right direction would be very helpful.
