http://www.phoneservicesnetwork.comWhat kind of Changes, or updates? If making name changes for extensions you can make them from the Operators Telephone, (0) , but you must have the password. If for any reason you don't have the Programm CD for your 824, download it from my website. go DIRECTLY to the Product Page, and click on the picture of the 824 to download it on PDF File.
