I've checked and unchecked 'hot line for slt' as someone suggested hit apply but it didn't help. I just get the reorder tone then push 81 to get co1. I changed outgoing line preference from 'no line' to 'idle line' to 'co1' but still have to hit 81 to get a line.
Phone is by itself, no a parallel hookup. If I use parallel hookup then the PT on that extension defaults to co1 instead of intercom which I don't particularly want either. Thanks for looking.
