...and no one can answer call. It's as if the caller hung up but if I push line 1 button on any phone I can talk to caller. I have to cpu reset the ksu, powering down doesn't help. Then it's OK for a day up to a few weeks. I've got only 1 CO line connected, I haven't tried using line 2 to test if it's a hardware issue with co1 (but I will try moving incoming to CO2 next time it happens). All 8 ports have PT's except for 111 which is SLT cordless phone and 113 which is shared for fax machine. Unplugging all phones and leaving 1 connected at ksu doesn't help so that eliminates field wiring which I ran all of it myself. KSU is about 4 yrs old so there's no warr left. I upgraded this around last December from a KX-t30810 which gave me no problems but lacked caller id on the slt's. Thanks for looking.
