Start with a copy of hyperterm and a serial port.
Connect to the voice mail system and read the database. Your message could be in one of 100 custom service menus. We always put the day/night/holiday greetings in 30/60/40 to give us extra room for sub menus (ie day option 2 is in menu 32), but not everybody did that.
As an alternative you could just start stepping through the custom service menus and maybe it will be in the top 10. It's option 5 then 4 IIRC.
