I've been handed the task of managing the company's voicemail system, and of course it's completely undocumented. I think I've got it under control, but for one thing. When a caller presses "2" from the main menu, it takes them to a recording of all the extensions ("For Joe Bloggs, Extension 101. For Jane Doe, Extension 102" and so on). How do I change this recording? I can change the main message (dialing in to #6 *998, pressing 5, and pressing 1) but can't figure out how to access the second message. None of the options after pressing 5 seem to take me there. I pulled down the manual from Panasonic, but it's not helpful. Anyone have any advice? Our employee directory listing message is way out of date and needs replacing.
