I have a panasonic ktx824 and a tva50...my issue is this:
I have 5 inbound lines...if all r occupied when someone calls they don't get to the voicemail on the tva50 they just get a busy signal. So am i correct in thinkin i need one line open at all times? Do i need to just set up the last rollover line to go directly to voicemail? Please let me know if there is any other way to do this. Thanks in advance.
