kx-td1232 T1 PRI and At&t PRI T1

Hello again I need to connect a TD1232-5 T1 to AT&T T1 PRI service is this possible I have try multiple configuration and I can't get it to work

I will like to set a Cisco router T1 to connet to the T1 PRI for testing making sure that my T1 card is working

what will you recommend.
