Hello,
This is now my second TA824 with the same customer complaint. Rather infrequently, someone talking to an outside party will notice that the line seems to go "silent" for a few seconds and them come back with no other problems or indications. They're not sure which CO this happens on but are sure that it happens at more than one extension. I'm not sure if the outside caller experiences the same problem - checking. Has anyone else experienced this sort of problem?
