No, I can't get the sample until after the IT guy's funeral or mid May when the site visit is scheduled to set up the new computer they "upgraded" to. The logmein machine is toast.
Start with page 258 of the features guide. By default, the Outside line is assigned to turnks. At the very least, you should be able to do a PROGRAM 99 and assign 0025 to a button and press it.
I am guessing the trunks are used as LCOT's, so at the very least, check for values in programs 401,417,605&6,701,721,728 and 729.
