Pulling my hair out... I have a KX-TA624 attached to my TVS50 and trying to set up multiple voice mail accounts for different extensions. Have followed instructions from able website and no success. I have the mailboxes created and custom service menu set. Problem is when I connect to voice processor it states our last name and then give options 1 thru 4. When you press any number nothing happens and eventually message will repeat and finally go to operator ext 101. The solutio has something to do with key entry?
