TD1232 T1 card

Hi I need help, installing a T1 to a KX-TD1232, after install the T1 card and configure it, I cannot see the additional CO I only see 1-12 using the programador software, what are the steps to configure the T1 card and have all extension able to dial out and recive calls.
How do assing the CO to the extensions.
