Hello. I have TA824 PBX and TVA50 Voice processor system, and I'm trying to figure out a way how to transfer ALL incoming calls from my extension to a cell phone (or any outside phone number); PBX and Voice processor is connected via APT integration, call forwarding is enabled for my extension in the PBX, so it is enabled in the TVA50 custom service menu. Still, when I login to my mailbox, system does not give me an option "6", which is to enable transfer to CO line.
Any ideas?
