Be aware that most people who use the Panasonic DISA for AA hate it.
Callers who pass thru an AA and then reach an un-answered phone with no ability to leave a message may be confused and pissed-off.
I don't remember how DISA works on the D1232, but on some other Pan systems, DISA has to answer all calls -- it can't be used as a back-up to live answering.
A real voice processor is much more flexible and powerful and is usually a much better choice.
