no not out of the box but there is a very nice bolt on package in panasonic jargon we refer to it as voice processing system and yes it can be programed with
a custom dialing menu tree and yes each user can have a voicemail box....if you are only looking for a basic auto attendant without voicemail you can add a disa card to the TD1232
