I bought a pair of these phone as a replacement for a pair of KX-TCA121E. Although the old phones will register to the new base, I cannot copy the phonebook entries across. It would appear that they are incompatible.
So I laboriously entered them all again by hand into one of the new handsets. Now the copy functions have gone missing from the menus. I can neither copy the whole phone book nor individual entries. All I'm offered is a new entry of delete.
Any ideas?
