Now that makes sense. I was hoping that maybe there was a way to fix it on the phone but that helps me to stop breaking my brain on how to fix the situation. My boss's phone does not display any numbers on CO 2, CO3, CO4 like ours do. Do you know if there is a program on the phone that prevents the lines from showing the caller id on individual phones? We have the KX-T7433, he's got the KX-T7436.
