Caller ID not on line 1

We have a panasonic phone, KX-T7433 and KX-T7436. We subscribe to caller id through our local telephone company. Caller ID works on lines 2 (CO 02), 3 (CO 03) and (CO 04) however it does not work on line 1 (CO 08). How do we get it to work on this line 1 (CO 08)?
