I recently installed a KX-TAW848 w/TVA50 VP for a customer. For some reason, the message lamp on 3 of 6 KXT-7731 extensions remains "on" no matter what I do. It's been a real challenge reading through the manual. It's like reading War and Peace with all the pages out of order. How do I solve the lamp problem?
