Ya see, the problem is you asked one question and got a complete answer for the question you asked.....

701+ext turns on MW from the calling station. 700+ext turns off MW from the calling station.
700+ your ext cancels ALL message waiting, and
702 (or just pressing the MESSAGE button) calls
the pary who left you the message.

It's in the Fine Users Manual under Message Waiting.

If the VM is doing the setting, it's in the notification string by programming if the integration is proper or you can examine and change it via the terminal.
