I have a similar problem. Only when I use extension 101, manually (not speedial or redial) dialed calls do not go through 1st time. The call is successful using redial. I have 6 X T7731 phones with the TA 824 and 2 VOIP lines, and this only occurs on the phone connected to Jack 1 extension 101, which is the only xtension used for programming the system.
