We have a KX-TD816 and TVS75 ad this is my question. We just added a new CO line that rings only a single extension. Is it possible to have that call go into VM of that extension if not answered? Right now I just have Intercept Routing enabled to 165 on that Trunk Group which puts it into the VM menu. I've tried every setup I know without any success. Thanks for any help or direction that can be given.
