I have it set to custom 1. It looks like the voice mail is bad to me but I dont have one to exchange it with and Im not sure its not something I missed in programming. When I received the system I looked it over and it didnt have any mail boxes assigned to anyone. I could call it and only got a message that they are out of business. After I defaulted and programmed I ended up with the current problem of not being able to connect. Thanks. Terry
