Thanks. I did everything several times without getting it to work. I have checked everything over and the problem is everything looks good in programming. I do get the dpits interface and the voice mail looks good. When I call ext 165 my display says calling vm port 1 and I get one ring then a fast busy and the voice mail resets. If my laptop is hooked up I can see the restart on my screen and the voice mail light flashes. Any other ideas what can be causing the problem. Thanks. Terry
