KX-TA62493 caller id

I have a Panasonic KX-TA624 phone system, just purchased the KX-TA62493 caller ID. Why only the phone connected to Phone Jack #1 works, that is the CO button assigned for the CID Indication will light up, whereas the other phones' same CO button did not? I have set the same CO button for CID Indication on other phones.
