if you want all lines on a 8x16 you will have to install one kx-td 193 on the main c.o. board under the cover and to have caller id to work on lines 5-8 you will have to install a second kx-td 193 in the kx-td 180!!I wouldn't trust the programator its junk i'dd go in throught the keypad and make sure it is on on all lines that have caller id enabled from the c.o. and then any phone that is assigned to rin should get the name and number displayed!
