TD-816 Caller ID Install not working

Hi:

I have a TD-816 9Version 4) with the 4 co and 8 ext modules added. I have KX-T7433 desksets. I have installed a TD-193 (In the 4CO module) and enabled caller ID on the approprate lines with Programnator. and caller ID does not work. (Yes, it works coming in from the CO). Am I missing something? Is it a problem having only one td193 board in a system? ( I saw on one of the panasonic resellers sites that if you have lower than verson 6 KSU you need to have both installed )

Any help would be very appreciated.
