go to usb area of windows device mgr and see if there is an ! with a yellow triangle over it next to tvausb if yes reset the tva does that work?if not reload usb drivers.if you think you have the wrong maint console go to this forum's main page and get on
the nondealer section of kxt and download the
proper maint console.
