ok, it says KX-T7731 on the phone, but the manual says KX-TA824, so let's go with that I've made a little progress and got instructions that say call your number, press #6 and * then follow the directions. I did that and it asks for the extension number. The way our phones are set up is that no one has any extension number...there's just a central number, it rings on all phones and there's only one voice mail box. We each access voice mail on our hand sets by pressing the "intercom" button, then hitting 107 then our password. I tried using 107 as the extension when dialing in remotely, but no luck - tells me that's an incorrect extension. Grrrrrr
