The first thing you need to do is go to into the TVA and set PORT/TRUNK service Service Group/Service Mode to PBX Control. Now, start looking at the tabs underneath this, because that's where you specify what happens when your VM answers in the Day/night/lunch and break modes.
You'll have to create custom service menus like 1 for day, 2 for night, 3 for lunch. It will require some reading, but it can be set up in about an hour if you test as you go. The phone system can be manually switched into the various modes by 780/781/782 codes on the intercom. After you've tested the application, you can turn on automatic switching to make the system change modes by the time of day.
